Our luxury, privately owned executive villa is a fabulous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, located on the exclusive gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, Kissimmee - a peaceful and attractive conservation area with sparkling lakes and walking, jogging and cycling trails.
Superbly positioned, Disney, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove are all literally just minutes away from the villa, and great shopping and excellent restaurants are even closer. Kennedy, Busch, Legoland and the Gulf and Atlantic Coast beaches are also within easy reach. Any golfers among you will quite simply be spoilt for choice
Both the living room and the master bedroom have double patio doors leading out onto the private pool and spa. The pool area has a southerly aspect over one of the refreshing, rippling lakes and is a wonderful place for relaxation. It is especially welcoming at the end of a full and exciting day. An extra bathroom has been added to the lanai area and there is also a poolside shower. Luxurious, padded patio furniture is provided for your added comfort as you soak up the Florida sunshine. The pool and spa can be heated upon request.
An outstanding games room has recently been added, the centrepiece being the full size, top quality,slate bed pool table which has been professionally built and positioned to ensure the balls always run true. The games room also includes table football, air hockey and electronic darts. A bar table, stools and a music system complete the package. The games room is a winner with everyone!
The villa is very light and spacious, fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished to an exacting specification throughout. The great room incorporates dining, breakfast and lounge areas with extensive seating and large wide screen colour cable TV, hi-fi, DVD player and PlayStation. A selection of DVDs, PS games and toys will keep everyone happy when not in the pool.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with its own breakfast bar, has a cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave, large fridge/freezer and icemaker. There is a full range of cookware, crockery and utensils should you wish to eat in. A high chair is provided for little ones. Washer, dryer and ironing facilities are found in the laundry room.
The master queen bedroom has a colour cable TV/DVD. Double patio doors lead out onto the pool area with stunning views across the lake. It also boasts 2 walk-in wardrobes plus a superb en-suite bathroom which offers a real touch of luxury with its large corner tub, walk in shower, Jack and Jill sinks and seperate WC.
Two further bedrooms, one queen and the other twin, share a connecting en-suite family bathroom. The fourth bedroom, also a twin, is adjacent to the third bathroom. All the bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and are equipped with colour TV/DVD players. Hairdryers and clock radio/alarms are also supplied along with ipod docking stations. A travel cot is available and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The bathrooms all have both showers and baths. All bedding and towels (not beach towels) are supplied.
